Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Quote requests: city, state, ZIP, project details, ownership, name, phone, email, the consent you gave, timestamp, the page you submitted from, and technical data (IP address, user agent) used to document consent and prevent fraud.
- Submitted quotes: ZIP, project details, price, optional email.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Installer inquiries: business contact details.
How we use it
To pass your request to up to three partner installers who serve your area, to publish anonymized aggregate cost statistics, to send newsletters you asked for, and to operate and secure the site.
Sharing
If you request quotes, we share your request details with up to three partner installers, who pay us for the referral. We do not sell submitted-quote data or newsletter emails. We use service providers (hosting, email) under contract.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent to calls and texts at any time (reply STOP to texts), unsubscribe from emails, or ask us to delete your data via the contact form. Residents of states with privacy laws may have additional rights to access, correct, and delete their data, and to opt out of "sales" or "sharing".
Retention
Lead and consent records are kept as long as needed to document consent and resolve disputes (typically up to 5 years), then deleted.
