Insulation installed in Texas after December 31, 2025 does not qualify for the federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit. IRS.
Texas Home Energy Rebate program
Not yet launched Texas Home Energy Rebates
Electrification/appliance rebates (HEAR): "Rebates are not currently available. The programs are currently in the planning and design phase, and a future launch date will be established once the state has approval from DOE."
Whole-home efficiency rebates (HOMES/HER): "Rebates are not currently available. The programs are currently in the planning and design phase, and a future launch date will be established once the state has approval from DOE."
Max rebate (per official page): Rebates will be determined based on technology and can range up to $14,000 per household.
