Electrification/appliance rebates (HEAR): "The first phase of the HEAR program, Contractor-installed Rebates launched on December 18, 2024. Starting September 30, 2025, eligible customers may receive rebates for certain ENERGY STAR® certified products bought from stores or websites."
Whole-home efficiency rebates (HOMES/HER): "The HOMES program launched on August 1, 2024. Rebates are currently available to eligible customers through IRA Registered Contractors."
