Arizona energy code
No mandatory statewide residential energy code. Codes are set city by city. NAHB lists Phoenix as having adopted the 2024 IECC with minimal amendments and Tucson as having adopted the 2024 IECC with amendments. Other Valley cities adopt their own editions, so ask the installer which code your city enforces.
